manavsampaada.com is an independent guide to Manav Sampada, the eHRMS used by government departments in Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh and other states. It is not the official portal and has no connection with NIC or any government department.

The site was started because searching for basic portal help returns pages full of invented rules, wrong helpline numbers and password formulas that nobody can trace to a government source. Employees deserve better than guesswork when their salary or leave depends on it.

We cover login, leave, service book, property returns, the mobile app, and state-specific pages for UP teachers, UP Police and Himachal employees.

Every rule, deadline and step here is checked against official sources first: the government portals, NIC pages, published government orders, official app listings and department circulars. Where sources disagree with each other, we say so instead of picking one and sounding confident. Where something cannot be verified, we leave it out rather than fill the gap with a guess.

Portals change, so pages carry the date they were last checked. If you spot something outdated or wrong, write to us and we will correct it.
