Please note what we cannot do. We are not the official portal, so we have no access to your account, your service book or your records. We cannot reset your password, change your mobile number, approve leave or release a held salary. Those are handled by your own office, your nodal officer or your DDO.

For portal problems in Uttar Pradesh, use the contact details shown on ehrms.upsdc.gov.in. For Himachal Pradesh, the Manav Sampada portal lists hrms-support@nic.in and the numbers 78075-00640 and 90152-22725, with NIC-HP State Centre at the 6th Floor, Armsdale Building, HP Secretariat, Shimla-171002.

Never send us your User ID, PMIS Code, password or OTP. We will never ask for them, and anyone who does is not us.
